Privacy Policy

What data we collect

We collect three kinds of personal data. First, account data you provide when you sign up or request a demo (name, email, company, role). Second, product usage data (API requests, MCP tool calls, timestamps, IP addresses). Third, technical telemetry needed to run the platform reliably.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising partners, and we do not use it to profile you outside the scope of running the product.

How we use it

Account data is used to authenticate you, bill you, and contact you about the product. Product usage data is used to run the service, investigate incidents, and inform product development. Technical telemetry is used for reliability, security and capacity planning.

We retain account data for the life of your account plus 36 months, product usage data for 18 months, and operational logs for 90 days. Backups are rotated on a matching schedule.

Cookies & tracking

The marketing site uses a small set of first-party analytics cookies for aggregate traffic measurement. The product application uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies. You can disable optional cookies through the cookie banner on your first visit.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection. Email privacy@regalytics.ai to exercise any of them. We respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee for standard requests.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority. For UK and EU residents, that is the ICO (UK) or your national DPA. For California residents, contact the California Attorney General.
