The challenge
Ncontracts serves a customer base that buys GRC software because they don’t have the budget to staff their own regulatory analysts. The platform needs to surface relevant federal and state banking regulator activity inside the workflow customers already use, in close to real time, without exposing customers to the messy reality of regulator websites.
What changed
Ncontracts integrated the RegAlytics v3 REST API and webhooks. Coverage is scoped to US banking regulators with sector-specific tagging. New alerts appear in the customer dashboard within minutes of regulator publication, already classified, already filterable.
The result
Two engineers were reallocated from in-house scraping to core product work. Customer-reported coverage breadth improved within the first quarter. The internal rule of thumb: every regulator they used to maintain was a developer-week per quarter that now goes into shipping product.
